Rodrigo was born in Brazil. In 1994, he moved to the US permanently.
He has a BA in Advertising and an AAA in Commercial Photography.
He started acting in 1999 as therapy.
His first audition was in London for Roman Polanski's award winner "The Pianist" - an amazing learning experience.
His film debut was as the bad ass Colombian drug dealer Pablo Valdez in "Bullets, Blood and a Fistful of Ca$h".
His native language is Portuguese, NOT Spanish, although he had to learn some Colombian slang to play Pablo Valdez.
Photography and Art are also two other passions he has, aside from acting.
He has worked as a Photography Producer, Editor, and Art Director before discovering acting.
He is married, has two children and is a full-time dad.
His acting method is a mix of passion, drive and improv.
His motto is "Life is too short for us to be afraid".
He learned that if you really want something in life you need to go get it.
